Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at RTR Computers. Every product is tested and graded before it ships, and we stand behind it.

Defective or not as described
If your item arrives defective, stops working, or doesn't match its listing, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll repair it, replace it, or issue a full refund, and we'll send you a prepaid return label. No restocking fee applies.

Change of mind
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any other reason. Items must be complete, with all included accessories and chargers, and in the same condition you received them. These returns carry a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping is free: we'll send you a prepaid return label.

How to start a return
Email Sales@RenewableTechnologyResources.com or call 978-965-2728 (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm ET) with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't ship an item back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Warranty
All products include a 90-day hardware warranty, covering parts and labor. Batteries are covered for 30 days. The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, spills or misuse, software problems, or items with a removed or damaged serial label.

DATA
Please back up and remove your personal data before returning a device. Every returned device is securely wiped.
