Free standard shipping

All orders ship free to addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or international addresses.

Processing time
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During very busy periods, we'll email you if your order will take longer.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after the next business day to update.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, email RTRLaptops@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the box. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us. Either way, we'll deal with the carrier and repair, replace, or refund your order.
