Warranty

Every computer from RTR Computers is tested and graded before it ships, and we stand behind it.

What's covered and for how long

• 90-day hardware warranty, covering parts and labor: everything sold on rtrcomputers.com is covered for 90 days, whatever its grade.
• Batteries: batteries that come with a laptop and batteries sold separately are covered for 30 days.
• The 90 days start on your delivery date.

What we'll do

• Within 30 days of delivery: if your item arrives defective, stops working or doesn't match its listing, we'll repair it, replace it or give you a full refund. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and there's no restocking fee.
• From day 31 to day 90: we'll repair or replace your computer, or refund you if a repair or replacement isn't possible. We cover shipping both ways with a prepaid label.

What's not covered

• Damage from drops, spills or misuse
• Software problems
• Items with a removed or damaged serial label

How to make a warranty claim

1. Email Sales@RenewableTechnologyResources.com or call 978-965-2728, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm ET.
2. Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
3. Wait for our reply with instructions before shipping anything back.

Before you send a device back, please back up and remove your personal data. We securely wipe every returned device.
